G Pen Elite Vaporizer Review

With marijuana now becoming legal in one form or another in a growing number of states, the demand for a good weed vaporizer device is on the rise. There are certainly plenty of devices to choose from, but not all of them deliver the level of functionality that you might expect or hope for. One that may fit the bill for those looking to get their dry herb vaping on is the G Pen Elite. You may already have seen this thing on the shelves, but may have not been totally aware of what you are looking at.

The G Pen Elite looks a whole lot different than what we have come to expect from the average vaporizer. At first glance, you could easily mistake this device for a one-button remote control device, or perhaps some sort of new-fangled electric shaver, but it is indeed a very effective little dry herb vaporizer. It may not look like anything you have ever seen before in the vape industry, but it absolutely delivers the goods once put into action.

Using the G Pen Elite is pretty straightforward, but can be a little frustrating for those people who don’t vape every few minutes. We will get to that in a minute, but let’s start by talking about how to power on the device. The G Pen Elite, like many other vaporizers on the market, requires that you click the power button 5 times to get things rolling. There is one major difference, and that is that you will need to depress the button for about another second or so after the initial powering up in order to get the heating element fired up.

All of the information you need – temperature, battery life, etc. – is very nicely displayed on a digital screen that is incredibly easy to read. A pair of buttons located by the display allow you to control the settings as needed. It’s a little frustrating at first, but once you get used to how this device works, it all becomes second nature. The one major problem for this device is that it will shut itself off after 5 minutes of inactivity. While this is good for prolonging the length of charge, it can be a bit of a pain to go through the powering up process every time you want a vape hit.

Those minor issues are pretty much forgotten once you put the G Pen Elite to use, as it certainly does deliver a very nice hit of vapor. If this is your first experience with a vaporizer, you may need to fiddle with the temperatures, which range from 200 to 428 degrees, to get the setting that is ideal for you. Once you do, you will be rewarded with a consistent vaping experience each and every time. The G Pen Elite is easy to clean and load, and while it falls a little higher on the price scale, it’s money that’s very well spent, in our opinion.
